Rose Purcell, JD, MA, is a Director on Takeda’s Global Regulatory Policy and Innovation team and serves as a subject matter expert on regulatory policy related to real-world evidence, AI/ML in drug development, and digital health technologies. Before joining Takeda, Rose served as a Regulatory Counsel at FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research’s Office of Medical Policy (OMP), where her work focused on developing policies for the use of innovative technologies in drug development.
