Dr. R.J. Swett is a Computational Chemist with over a decade of pharma experience. She received her PhD from Wayne State University in Detroit, followed by a Presidential Postdoc at Novartis partnered with Stanford. She’s since worked on rare disease and oncology targets at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Relay Therapeutics. She’s currently the Director of Computational Chemistry Innovation at X-Chem, a company specializing in DNA Encoded Library screening and partnered pharmaceutical research.
