Dr. Raymond Mankoski is a Senior Medical Consultant at The NemetzGroup, bringing over 15 years of experience in the biopharma industry. As a strategic Medical Affairs leader, his career spans both big pharma and small biotech, with roles focused on oncology, rare diseases, pediatrics, and neuropsychiatry in both US and global contexts. Dr. Mankoski's expertise encompasses basic research, real-world evidence generation for regulatory approvals, medical affairs organization development, and long-range strategic planning. Throughout his career, Dr. Mankoski has held pivotal roles at companies such as BMS, Genzyme, Epizyme, and Blueprint, where he led the development of strategic medical affairs plans and built medical affairs organizations from the ground up. His responsibilities have included overseeing critical functions like medical/scientific communications, key opinion leader engagement, health economics and outcomes research, and investigator-initiated studies.
