Parika has over two decades of experience in pharmaceutical and biotech CMC, supply chain, and technical operations. She led CMC and supply chain at Pandion Therapeutics, bringing PT101 to clinic before its acquisition by Merck. Previously, she spent 14 years at Biogen in diverse roles, founding employee resource groups. Parika holds degrees from Georgia Tech and Boston University, and advises Georgia Tech's College of Engineering.
