Dr. Almosnid holds a PhD in Molecular Biosciences from Middle Tennessee State University in the United States and a Master of Biotechnology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Australia. Her academic and research expertise includes cancer biology, molecular biosciences, drug discovery, natural product research, small molecule therapeutics, and vaccine development. Dr. Almosnid’s work focuses on translational research that addresses critical healthcare challenges and aims to develop innovative therapies and preventive solutions. In her leadership roles, Dr. Almosnid actively supports the advancement of the national biotechnology strategy by fostering international collaborations and leading research initiatives that align with national priorities. She is committed to developing talent and strengthening Saudi Arabia’s capabilities in the biotechnology sector.
