She is a seasoned pharmaceutical and biotech leader with more than 20 years of experience in building and leading Medical Affairs teams at the global, regional, and local levels across a variety of companies in different therapeutic areas. Monica has a proven track record in leading teams through early commercialization, launch readiness, and late-state life cycle management. Currently, Monica is responsible for leading and building the Medical Affairs efforts to support the rare disease portfolio at Moderna.
