Dr. Xinyan Li, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Frontera Therapeutics, bringing over 20 years of expertise in innovative drug development, including cell and gene therapy. She has held leadership roles as Senior Vice President at CARsgen, Chief Medical Officer at KPC, and Executive Deputy General Manager and Chief Medical Officer at Zesheng Technology. Throughout her career, Dr. Li has advanced multiple therapies from preclinical to clinical stages. Her leadership has been pivotal in securing regulatory approvals in both China and the U.S. An accomplished researcher, Dr. Li has served as a principal investigator for several national research projects and has published extensively in international journals. She has dedicated five years to practicing internal medicine and a decade to teaching and conducting scientific research at medical schools. Dr. Li earned her Ph.D. from Soochow University and completed a fellowship in gene therapy in France.
