Leslie Oley Wilberforce is Chief Executive Officer of Evidation, a company transforming what's possible with real-world data through continuous, direct connections with individuals. Since joining Evidation in 2015, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s trajectory as a market leader in real-world data and health research. As President and COO, Leslie led the development of Evidation’s core technology platform and helped scale its research programs and strategic partnerships. Her work has forged partnerships and programs with companies and organizations including, including Johnson & Johnson, the Michael J. Fox Foundation, and the American Heart Association. Prior to Evidation, Leslie was Director of Product Marketing at ApniCure, where she led product strategy for a consumer sleep apnea therapy recognized with IDEA and Wall Street Journal Technology Innovation Awards. She previously held roles in product development and commercialization at Boston Scientific and Voyage Medical, and also served as an independent consultant.
