Kylie Sproston is the CEO of Bellberry Limited, a role she's held since early 2014. Bellberry is a private independent not for profit organisation with the dual objectives of protecting the welfare of human research participants and improving the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of research. Bellberry is the largest provider of human research ethics review in Australia with responsibility for the oversight of >40% of the country’s TGA-registered clinical trials. A Chartered Engineer, Ms Sproston has expertise across the full pharmaceutical product lifecycle, and has held key positions in both technical and management disciplines in the global Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries from research to global manufacturing and supply. Ms Sproston is an experienced non-executive and company director, recently completing three terms as a ministerial appointment on the Cooperative Research Centres Advisory Committee. She is a Director of the Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering, and a government appointment member of NHMRC-MRFF Industry, Philanthropy and Commercialisation Committee.
