Ms. Kim Linthicum joined Todd Strategy Group as Principal in 2024. Kim is a seasoned government affairs strategist with over 20 years of experience navigating complex health care policy issues. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and Public Policy at Myriad Genetics, where she spearheaded federal and state advocacy efforts related to reimbursement, regulatory oversight, and intellectual property issues for over a decade. She also held government affairs roles at several biopharmaceutical companies including Amgen and Eli Lilly and Company. Ms. Linthicum is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and lives in Northern Virginia with her dog, Harley.
