Julia Kiechel leads the Commercial Litigation practice at Johnson & Johnson. In this role, she is responsible for managing the Company’s global portfolio of commercial litigation, including pharmaceutical pricing, contract, antitrust, and trade secret disputes. Her practice includes advising on the Inflation Reduction Act and reform of the 340B Program, as well as Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) policies and state-level pricing legislation. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, she focused her practice on securities and commercial litigation at Davis Polk & Wardwell, and previously worked at McKinsey & Company
