Jodi Bass is Senior Director, Precision Medicine for Johnson & Johnson’s US Oncology Business. In this role, Jodi leads the US Precision Medicine efforts in service of J&Js current and future on-market portfolio. She has built and leads the US PM Field and Marketing teams, and is responsible for strategy development, market shaping, customer engagement, and identifying partnership opportunities in service of J&J’s Precision Medicine strategy. Prior to joining J&J, Jodi worked at Genentech where most recently she led their Personalized Healthcare business in the US. In her almost 20 years in Oncology, she has deep leadership, customer facing, account management, and marketing experience. She is a passionate leader who is known for creating strong culture and building high performing teams through her focus on people and the business. Jodi holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She is an avid distance runner and resides in Doylestown with her two children.
