As a veteran life sciences and award-winning CEO, Jeff has served as CEO of multiple healthcare companies across oncology, genetic sequencing, infectious disease and digital health. Most recently, as CEO of binx health, Jeff led the company from proof-of-concept through FDA clearance and rapid commercialization of the first ever point-of-care molecular platform of its kind in a $2B market for infectious disease testing.. With binx, Jeff also founded its novel, at-home, digital health arm, which he grew from idea to tens of millions in revenue with B-to-B partners, reached millions in underserved populations, and ultimately spun off the company in an all-cash deal in 2023. Prior to binx, Jeff served as CEO of Good Start Genetics, the first company to bring next generation sequencing to reproductive health. Under Jeff's leadership, testing volumes grew by double digits, revenues climbed to the highest mark in the company's history, culminating in the successful sale of the company in August 2017. From 2002 to 2009, Jeff held numerous leadership roles with publicly-traded EXACT Sciences Corp., ultimately serving as its President and CEO, achieving critical endorsements from the American Cancer Society and the World Gastroenterology Organization for stool-based DNA-based testing for colorectal cancer.
