Mr. Gironda is a seasoned lifesciences executive with 30 plus years of experience and a distinguished track record in business development, strategic planning, and commercialization within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. With expertise spanning in/out-licensing, M&A transactions, and alliance management, he has been successful in raising capital to fund acquisitions and fuel business growth while leading numerous high-impact partnerships. Gregory has played a pivotal role in advancing dozens of pharmaceutical and biotech products from conception to commercialization while driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. He has held leadership positions at industry-leading companies, including King Pharmaceuticals, EMD Serono, Neura Therapeutik, GSK, and Genentech. Currently serving as head of Business Development at Oragenics, he continues to drive operational excellence and business expansion. Gregory holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Tampa.
