Georges Ged is a Senior Director Foreign Direct Investment - Life Sciences & Health Technologies at Investissement Québec International. Mr. Ged is a seasoned industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Investissement Québec International, he has led various positions with increasing responsibilities with many multinational pharmaceutical & medical equipment companies. He fulfilled assignments in different markets and geographical areas in Europe, the Middle East, and North America and has built everlasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and was featured in many online and printed media publications. Mr. Ged holds a degree of Biomedical Engineering from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. He is actively involved in volunteer work in Montreal, specifically with the homeless at the Old Brewery Mission and with “Jeunesse Au Soleil” and recently served as Vice President on the Board of The Pharmaceutical Marketing Club of Quebec (PMCQ), a professional organization that includes over 800 members from the pharmaceutical industry in Montreal.
