Dr. Fadi Eskandar brings over 23 years of extensive experience in the global pharmaceutical industry, with deep expertise in driving both organic and inorganic growth. Throughout his career, Fadi has led key initiatives in portfolio strategy, business development, and cross-functional collaboration, successfully closing strategic deals and guiding assets from development to commercialization. He has held various leadership roles in development, project and franchise management, and has consistently contributed to shaping forward-looking innovation agendas for multinational organizations. His strategic mindset and operational excellence have enabled him to lead complex programs and build synergistic external partnerships across regions. Fadi holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences, an MBA, and a Master’s in Medical Device Development. He is also a licensed pharmacist from the University of Alexandria, Egypt. His multidisciplinary background allows him to bridge scientific, clinical, and commercial domains effectively. In his current role at Dr. Reddy’s, Fadi leads the company’s Horizon 2 innovation transformation and its external ecosystem engagement strategy.
