Courtney brings 20+ years of experience in life sciences strategy consulting, marketing, and advertising to Acadia Strategy Partners, with the past 15 years focused exclusively on developing competitive strategies for global rare disease brands and products with non-traditional distribution strategies, such as cell and gene therapies. Courtney has built marketing, distribution and reimbursement strategies for 11 cell and gene therapy products at various stages of development, including four in-market products. Courtney was part of the US launch team for the first systemically administered gene therapy for the treatment of a rare neuromuscular disease. In addition to supporting RUSP recommendation pull through for newborn screening to individual states, Courtney has also crafted strategies for uniting disease registries geographically and across patient advocacy groups. Courtney is a graduate of the Global Market Access Academy at the London School of Economics. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior and Development from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  Courtney has consulted for Médecins sans Frontières‎ on HIV antiretroviral clinical treatment guidelines and sourcing in Cape Town. She is an adjunct lecturer at the University of New England and a Non-Executive Board Member at GordonMD Global Investments.
