Dr. Pack has over 20 years of training and expertise in vaccine design and CD8+ T cell biology. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee where he studied neonatal vaccine design against Herpes Simplex Virus-1 in the laboratory of Dr. Barry T. Rouse. After earning his doctorate degree, Dr. Pack: -Studied CD8+ T cell memory formation during persistent oncogenic viral infection at Emory University in the lab of Dr. Aron Lukacher. Joined Metaclipse in 2012 to lay the preclinical groundwork for the TNBC approach -Served as the Principal Investigator (PI) for the phase I SBIR grant focused on proof-of-concept studies to treat TNBC and the Co-PI for the phase II product development grant -Led the preclinical research division at Metaclipse Therapeutics
