Chris is an expert in transforming the performance of life sciences companies using data, insights, and technology. With over 25 years of experience in both industry and consulting, he specializes in commercial operations and organizational change. Chris has successfully led multiple transformational engagements with global pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device manufacturers, as well as CDMOs and CROs. Passionate about the life sciences industry’s potential to save lives and improve health outcomes for patients worldwide, Chris leverages data, technology, and innovation to help his clients accelerate that promise. His extensive experience includes serving as a Principal with a boutique life sciences consultancy and as a Commercial Operations Director with Ikaria, a critical care biotech later acquired by Mallinckrodt. Currently, Chris is a Partner in AlixPartners’ Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. He holds an MBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Princeton University.
