Caroline Lowenthal, MS

Caroline Lowenthal is an Alliance Manager in MIT's Office of Strategic Alliances and Technology Transfer. She has managed alliances for MIT across life sciences, biotech, and pharma. She is co-founder and co-lead for an Alliance Management Community of Practice with over 60 members from academic institutions across the country. Previously, Caroline was managing director of a Science and Technology Center based in MIT’s Department of Biological Engineering. Her background includes initiating sponsored research consortia with pharmaceutical industry members, working closely with faculty across MIT, and managing collaborations with other university partners. Caroline holds a BS and an MS in AeroAstro and an MS in Technology and Policy, all from MIT.
