Dynamic, highly accomplished Vice President of Market Access, Trade & Distribution leader with over two decades of specialty bio pharma experience in commercial leadership. Brad has led many teams from pre-commercial through commercialization evaluating market potential, building a marketing plan aligning to the clinical program, as well as developing a marketing value proposition to penetrate specific disease markets, that will achieve financial milestones to drive revenue post approval. His widespread expertise in Cell and Gene Therapy, CNS, Rare Disease, and Ophthalmology stems from diverse leadership roles across Commercial and Market Access, and Pricing strategy. Global market access in all channels in the EMEA and US Commercial Payer, Medicaid, Medicare Part B & D. Recognized for building a network of physician and site care networks and improving access to exceed corporate earnings forecast. Brad's current position at Neurotech is the Vice President, Market Access, Specialty Trade and Distribution. Over the last 2 decades in the Bio Pharmaceutical Industry, Brad has held leadership positions within established organizations and building pre-commercial organizations including, GlaxoSmithKline, UCB, ISTA Vision, Lundbeck, AveXis/Novartis Gene Therapies, Sarepta Therapeutics, and Taysha Gene Therapies. Brad played integral part of successful launches at these organizations, building the sales organization, market access teams, developing the trade and distribution strategies pre-commercial strategy and implementation of a successful launch. Over the last seven years, as a market access leader he has been at the forefront in key discussions with large commercial payers, PBMs, government payers, specialty pharmacies, hospital systems, and sites of care. He sat as a lead member on MIT New Digs drug pricing consortium, and currently sits on the advisory board at Cencora cell and gene evaluating paying for innovative treatments, as well as solving for temperature-controlled distribution of gene and cell therapies. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
