Mr. Palacios is currently in charge of attracting investment into Mexico City, Mexico’s capital and one of the largest cities in the world. His work experience includes his participation in Mexico's Federal Government at the Ministry of Economy and the Foreign Minister's Office, dealing with economic intelligence, public-private coordination, economic promotion, high-level coordination and communications. Mr. Palacios is a Yenching Scholar at Peking University, Master of Law in China Studies (Politics and International Relations track), and holds a Bachelor degree in International Relations from El Colegio de México with exchange experiences in China.
