Arianna has played a pivotal role in transitioning pre-commercial companies to global multinationals for 5 different US publicly traded biotechs and her expertise includes successfully setting up organizational models, legal infrastructures, and pharmaceutical supply chains globally, advising on the regulatory approval and global launch of more than 10 innovative medicines, including several orphan drugs, building and scaling capabilites and teams, and designing risk-oriented compliance and data privacy programs across 20+ countries. A qualified attorney with a PhD in Medical Bioethics, Arianna is recognized for her commitment to foster vibrant, authentic, diverse, and inclusive organizations.
