April serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at Caliway Biopharmaceuticals, where she directs strategies for corporate growth and fosters partnerships to advance innovative therapeutics.. April brings distinguished experience in Investor Relations, Government Relations, and Business Development. She previously served as Head of Public Affairs and Communication for Sanofi Taiwan and Hong Kong, where she built an unparalleled team excelling in Patient Affairs, Government Relations, Global and Corporate Communications, Earlier in her career, April held the role of Deputy Director at Taiwan’s Biotech Pharmaceutical Industry Promotion Office under the Ministry of Economic Affairs. With BPIPO, April led strategic coordination among ten major government agencies, advancing Taiwan's biotech sector as a competitive global player. She also served as Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Act Genomics, where she spearheaded the company’s global marketing strategy as a leader in genomic profiling in Asia. April was also part of the founding team of AbGenomics, Taiwan’s premium antibody therapeutic biopharma, where she served as VP of Business Development. April holds an MBA from National Taiwan University, a Master’s from New York University, and a Bachelor’s from Boston University.
