Anjali Gupta PhD, MBA is the CEO and co-founder of ANYg.BIO, a company disrupting the status quo of biosample prep. Anjali has a diverse professional background that spans pharma, digital health, and space biology. She has over 10 years of pharmaceutical drug discovery experience at all stages of drug development, from early-stage drug discovery as an electrophysiologist at Roche to high-throughput screening at Vertex and safety pharmacology testing of new drug candidates at Pfizer. As an early employee of Axiom Space (building a commercial space station) she played a key role in defining the strategy for creating new markets in Low Earth Orbit. Today, Anjali is at the intersection of space and biotech to address critical needs around biosample prep on demand and in extreme environments and unique situations. Dr. Gupta holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences where her work was supported by the NIH Ruth L. Kirschtein pre-doctoral fellowship and space biology training supported by a NASA post-doctoral fellowship. Anjali completed her undergraduate work at UC Berkeley.
