Andrew Hegedus brings 30 years of drug development experience across a broad range of therapeutic areas and drug targets, spanning from Phase I through IV to Fortrea. Prior to joining Fortrea, he held leadership roles in Clinical Development, Project Management, and Clinical Operations at Pfizer, Roche and Sanofi, while being responsible for multiple clinical development programs, several FDA and EMA approved NDA submissions, and multiple licensing partnerships. He is responsible for leading Fortrea’s Operational Strategy and Planning practice in all therapeutic areas, as well as the organizaton’s Rare Disease and Advance Therapeutics practice, where he focuses on bringing innovative solutions to Fortrea customers in support of their development objectives. He holds a BSc in biochemistry from Boston College and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
