This session will provide attendees with a detailed understanding of the respective roles that angel investors, VCs and corporate strategic investors play in the lifecycle of biotechnology startup companies. The stage(s) at which angels, VCs and corporate strategics typically invest, the amounts of their respective investments, the terms under which they invest and the non-monetary value that each type of investor can (or perhaps cannot) bring to the entrepreneur will be compared and contrasted.
