Incredible progress has been made over the past four decades of the HIV epidemic. Innovative medicines have changed HIV infection from a deadly disease to a manageable chronic condition. However, further innovation is needed to truly end the HIV epidemic globally: new treatment and prevention tools, new policies to enable access, and new community partnerships.
During this session, experts will highlight research and collaborations that contribute to ending the HIV epidemic, including both innovations in biotechnology as well as the policy and public health solutions needed to ensure access to these innovations.
