BreaBio uses the latest technology to change the treatment for all solid cancers. It uses AI and Machine Learning to find 30 targets on a patient’s cancer cells using mass spectrometry data per patient (only company that does this). Mass spectrometry provides accurate AI training per patient. BreakBio then manufactures a 30 peptide personalized immunotherapy which is also known as a personalized cancer vaccine. Targets include not only mutation related neoantigens but also non mutated Tumor Associated Antigens so that this works for all solid cancers including low TMB cancers. Peptide vaccines work better for short proteins than mRNA vaccines. Randomized Controlled Phase 1/2 clinical trial in the first indication are starting this year at top academic centers like MD Anderson.
