Company Presentations are 13-minute podium presentations that allow you to tell your company’s story and advance your business development goals.
Becoming a Company Presenter is a great way to increase your visibility at the BIO International Convention, especially in the BIO Partnering™ system: your company will be highlighted as a presenting company, giving your company additional visibility. You'll also be featured on the website as a speaker and your session will be included in the overall list of sessions at BIO 2025.
Company Presentation Fees
Companies that are approved to present must pay a Company Presentation fee in addition to being registered to attend the BIO International Convention. The below fees do not include registration (separate fee required). Learn more information on which registration type to choose.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to register for BIO International Convention to give a Company Presentation and is there an extra fee to present?
Yes, there is an additional fee to present and at least one attendee from the presenting company must be registered at the Premier Access rate. You do not need to be and there is no fee to apply, only if approved. Please visit our registration page for more detailed information on pricing.
