The Convention and our specially-designed Academic Campus within the larger Business Forum location offers leading public and private research communities a business development platform to advance your research and development science and early-stage company visibility to an international community. This zone provides a unique opportunity for prominent Universities and Research Centers to reach out to potential partners via the BIO One-on-One Partnering™ system, and access to the hundreds of participating companies and organizations within the Business Forum and larger exhibit floor.
Please note: in order to receive the Academic Campus rate, you must submit for a minimum of 3 registrations.
Academic Campus participants receive a Premier Access registration rate of $2,000 (per person).
Applications* will be open until April 15, 2024.
A minimum of three (3) registrations includes:
- Discounted Premier Access registration rate of $2,000 per person. A $1,000 savings from the standard premier rate.
- Networking opportunities with other Academic Campus participants and Premier Access attendees
- Exhibit Hall and Company Presentations access
A minimum of five (5) registrations in addition to the above include the following:
- Recognition as a participating member of the Academic Campus in BIO promotional materials, the Academic Campus Zone, and in the One-on-One Partnering™ system
- Access to Academic Campus meeting suites in a convenient and visible location within the BIO Business Forum
