The BIO 2027 Call for Sessions is Now Open
Two Session Formats - Two Opportunities to Share Your Ideas at BIO 2027
Interested in shaping a facilitated conversation? Choose Interactive Panel. This format is the best forum for panelists to share perspectives and engage in meaningful dialogue on industry issues and innovations.
These sessions are 55 minutes and typically have one moderator and 4-5 panelists.
Interested in presenting data? Choose Innovative Insights. This new format provides a platform for presenting research or data on emerging trends, novel approaches, or industry outlooks.
These dynamic, 25 minute sessions should be no more than 4 panelists and slides are required. BIO will select a limited number of these submissions.
How to submit your proposal
- Log in to the BIO Program Portal (new users will need to create an account)
- Review the 2027 Submission Guidelines before starting your submission
- Choose your proposal type
- Complete the information form, including speaker information
Please note:
Submitting a proposal is free. If your proposal is accepted, you'll receive a complimentary General Access registration to BIO 2027, including hundreds of sessions, featured programming, networking receptions, and more.
The submission deadline is October 15, 2026. Individuals whose proposals have been selected will be notified mid-January 2027.
