Flow of Capital to Women's Health: From Innovation to Patient
June 17, 2025
Breakout Session

The commitment to women’s health has been increasing over the past year from the US government and dedicated early-stage seed funds. As this funding is deployed to promote innovation and provide solutions for women’s health, it is important to understand the different pools of public and private capital required to advance innovation to product development and commercialization to ensure the early-stage investment efforts ultimately reach patients.
Panelists will convene leaders of these ecosystems to elucidate where investment is currently being deployed, what is blocking investment in women’s health, and what can the government do, in partnership with the private sector, to help. For the purposes of this discussion, speakers plan to focus on regulated products and solutions such as therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices, and OTC products.
