ChromaTan has commercialized the first-ever, column-free, single-use, and steady-state continuous chromatography platform, based on the Real Moving Bed principle that provides dramatic improvements in recovery and productivity, enhanced purity, flexibility and scalability, while reducing resin consumption and downtime compared to conventional column chromatography. By eliminating the need for columns, our system increases recovery and productivity by 10- to 20-fold, with improved purity profiles, while dramatically reducing resin usage and costs by 80-90%. Chromatan’s has pilot installations in major biopharma companies targeting gene therapy, mRNA and mAb purification markets.
