Leeuwenhoek Laboratories Co., Ltd., based in Taiwan, is at the forefront of precision health and next-generation probiotic research. We have established a comprehensive Akkermansia muciniphila (AKK) bioresource, which includes 112 bacterial strains, a whole-genome sequence database, a MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry database, and a metabolomics database. This pioneering initiative enables the development of innovative probiotic and synbiotic products. Leveraging this extensive bioresource, we have successfully developed a series of AKK strains specifically designed to target metabolic-associated diseases.
In addition, by integrating cutting-edge metabolomics profiling with biotechnological advancements, we develop clinically supported synbiotic formulations designed to enhance intestinal homeostasis, boost GLP-1 secretion, improve metabolic health, and support overall well-being.
