Act early! All visa applicants are advised to apply for their visa as soon as travel to the United States is contemplated, and not later than 3-4 months in advance. For your convenience, you can generate a visa invitation letter populated with your information to confirm your participation and travel to the BIO International Convention.

My company is hosting an event, will BIO help us find space to host it?

Yes, please submit an affiliated event request form. BIO manages all hotel function and meeting space at the official BIO hotels preceding and during the Convention. Please note, your company must be an exhibitor, sponsor, or have a minimum of five (5) Convention Access registrations before approval is extended. Please be aware that there is a cut-off date to submit an Affiliated Event Request to BIO during the BIO International Convention. After this, if you still have hotel meeting space needs, please reach out to the hotels directly.

My company is hosting an event, will BIO help us promote it?

Yes! BIO prepares a resource for attendees called BIO Compass: Your Insider Guide to Events @ BIO. This resource is distributed to Convention attendees to help them navigate all of the fabulous networking opportunities taking place each year at the BIO International Convention. Details on how to submit your event will be announced in 2020.
