ESTA is a free, automated system that determines the eligibility of visitors to travel to the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program. The ESTA application collects the same information collected on Form I-94W. ESTA applications may be submitted anytime prior to travel, though it is recommended travelers apply when you begin preparing your travel plans.
Act early! All visa applicants are advised to apply for their visa as soon as travel to the United States is contemplated, and not later than 3-4 months in advance. For your convenience, you can generate a visa invitation letter populated with your information to confirm your participation and travel to the 2019 BIO International Convention.
The Visa Waiver Program allows foreign nationals from certain countries to travel to the U.S. for business or pleasure, for 90 days or less, without obtaining a Visa.
