Founded in 1885, Yonsei University Health System (YUHS) is the largest healthcare institution in South Korea, with over 12,000 staff members and more than 4,000 hospital beds.
YUHS is a leading biohealth research institution with a platform capable of conducting bio safety level 3 research, breeding animal model, efficacy tests, and clinical trials. It is home to 2 of the 21 Research-Oriented Hospitals designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of South Korea.
