Cornell University

  • Academic, tech transfer

Cornell University's Center for Life Science Ventures (CLSV) was founded in 2008 as a startup incubator to help develop young Cornell life science companies. The CLSV is the first on-campus incubator at Cornell University. The Center is funded through the Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation, the Institute of Biotechnology and NYSTAR. NYSTAR generously funds a Center for Advanced Technology (CAT) in Life Science Enterprise housed at Cornell University which supports a portion of the funding of the CLSV.
