Synthekine is a clinical-stage biotech focusing on multi-modality cytokine therapeutics based on technology developed in Chris Garcia’s lab at Stanford University. Synthekine uses immunological insights to guide targeted protein engineering to develop disease-optimized treatments for cancer, immunological, and metabolic disorders. Synthekine has two clinical stage assets (NCT05098132 and NCT05665062) with multiple preclinical programs, including engineered-IL-12 and engineered-IL-22.
