Rumi is a biopharmaceutical organization targeting the genetic basis of neurological, neurodevelopmental and nephrology indications, which we approach via novel target ID & validation using our proprietary platforms of human organoids. We are building a pipeline of small molecules targeting Huntington's disease via an epigenetic mechanism, as well as genetic forms of autism spectrum disorder (FMR1, ADNP, Shank3 mutations). Our approach combines target and drug discovery, centered on human biology & genetics.
