Pylum is seeking pharma partners interested in joint development of our novel biologics deployed as adjunct therapy to improve oncology patient outcomes. The association of oncogenic bacteria with specific cancer types has gained significant scientific merit and it has become obvious that ablation of cancer-associated bacteria could have significant impact on both treating and prevention of cancer, as well as increasing the effectiveness of existing therapies. Our current focus is colorectal cancer (CRC), with three main targets: Fusobacterium nucleatum, E. coli PKS+, and Clostridiodes difficile.
