ProtaBody is an AI/ML protein engineering company focused on developing novel bispecific antibody design. We leverage ultra-high throughput display coupled with proprietary ML models to generate huge amounts of data and search massive sequence spaces to deliver the best drug candidates quickly.
Our lead design is a conditional sequentially binding antibody that leverages a sensor domain that, when bound, activate the other binding domain of the antibody. The mechanism is based upon engineered allostery. The framework is human and requires no chemical modifications, unnatural proteins, or external catalysts to activate (no proteases or pH sensitivity needed). We have demonstrated proof of concept.
