Ninsun Biotech is a start-up based in Valais at BioArk. It operates in the field of oncology and is revolutionising the marking of cancer stem cells by offering, for the first time, a specific biomarker for several cancers, including lung, breast and colon. Current technologies rely on the use of a combination of non-specific markers, so Ninsun is breaking new ground with its patented technology, offering new prospects in terms of diagnosis. Ninsun's stem cell marking kits are also perfectly compatible with the current clinical chain of patient management.
But our identity lies in theranostic. The next stage of our development is the advancement of our Lectin Drug Conjugates (LDC) technology, applied to NSCLC, with the objective of providing a highly specific, personalized therapy targeting CSCs.
