We are Neuroene Therapeutics (neuroenetherapeutics.com), a preclinical biotech companyaddressing mitochondrial dysfunction to treat neurodegenerative diseases. We have alibrary of novel, orally bioavailable, brain-penetrant compounds that have shown mitochondrial protection. Our first applications for these compounds will be in Dravet Syndrome, a rare pediatric epilepsy for which our lead asset has FDA Orphan Drug and Rare Pediatric Disease Designations, Parkinson’s Disease and as a medical countermeasure. We currently have no external equity ownership. We are seeking outlicensing, partnership, and investment opportunities to accelerate the development of our compound.
