Nanite Bio delivers genetic cargo solutions based upon our machine learning enabled polymer nanoparticle platform. A key finding to date is that our (bio excretable) polymer nanoparticles (PNPs) are excellent at delivering high levels of non-integrating pDNA to cells. At BIO, we are particularly interested in finding partners for our breakthrough “protein factory” platform wherein the delivery of PNP/pDNA constructs via a variety of routes of administration allows for the in situ expression of a diversity of proteins, antibodies and peptides. Our non-immunogenic, degradable particles enable repeat dosing, opening the door to “transient but durable” treatment options. With multiple commercial partners in hand, we have compelling data on the vectorization of GLP1, FST and FGF21 to extend half-life but believe that the in vivo generation of most biologics is within scope.
