Through our customized and comprehensive antibody and protein engineering, we are developing a pipeline of biotherapeutics enhanced for increased selectivity and potency.
Our lead program, MVP-523, is an engineered dual IL-12 / IL-23 dual antagonist with significantly improved potency and reduced immunogenicity in comparison to ustekinumab (Stelara). We are positioning this program in Inflammatory Bowel Disorder (IBD), including Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis (UC), and other autoimmune / inflammatory indications.
We have also developed a proprietary blood-brain barrier (BBB) shuttle to increase the efficiency of biologic drug delivery to the brain by avoiding systemic sink with increased duration of transcytosis.
