MedAbome is a preclinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing first-in-class (FIC) antibody drug candidates and antibody-related therapies to meet urgent unmet medical needs. We specialize in the discovery and development of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) that target rare, disease-specific epitopes. Leveraging advanced hybridoma technology along with our proprietary Live Cell Immunization and Live Cell High-Throughput Screening (LCI-HTS) platforms, we are building robust pipelines. Currently we have 3 FIC ADCs for out-licensing or co-development.
