IMMUNETHEP, a company founded in 2014 as a spin-off of the University of Porto, was established in Biocant Park in Cantanhede in 2015. It currently has 13 people on its team and has a pipeline of immunotherapies (vaccines and antibodies) targeting the major bacterial threats in AntiMicrobial Resistance (AMR). It already has 6 international patents granted and 3 others submitted.
