At Gordian we have scaled in vivo discovery of gene targets, toward curing chronic diseases. Using our proprietary discovery technology, we measure in vivo efficacy of hundreds of novel targets simultaneously, in individual animal models of disease. We use this data to generate novel, biologically validated targets for various chronic diseases.
We are exploring target ID or early asset partnerships in Obesity, Heart Failure, Pulmonary Fibrosis, and Liver Cirrhosis.
We seek funding to bring a single-dose curative development candidate in Osteoarthritis to clinic.
