**NOT looking for service providers (CRO etc)** Forward is a biotech focusing on oncology small molecule development. We are actively seeking for ex-China or global partners to license, or co-develop FWD1802, a novel oral SERD, in HR+/HER2- patients.
FWD1802 is currently in ph2 development. It shows great efficacy in heavily pretreated HR+ breast cancer patients with both wildtype and mutated ESR1. FWD1802 shows high exposure in humans and has a very good safety profile.
